Did you buy a Wrap it Up style?

Wrap it Up styles are eligible for returns. 

Item/s must be posted back within five (5) days of receipt.  Any item/s posted back after 5 days of receipt will no longer qualify for an exchange and will be returned back to the customer at the customer’s expense.  Item/s must NOT be worn, altered, or washed.  Please be careful of makeup, deodorant, self-tanner, animal hair, rubbing off onto the garment/s. Item/s must be returned in the original condition item was sent (i.e., cleanliness, tagging, labeling). Item/s returned NOT matching the original condition item was sent will NOT qualify for a return and will be returned back to the customer at the customer’s expense.

If you would like to return an MARIA style, please email our customer service team at info@lymphproject.com You will be charged the full return shipping amount, along with any duties, taxes and customs fees. Lymph Project is NOT responsible for any of these charges.

   

Did you purchased a costumizable piece?

All costumizable pieces are NON-RETURNABLE, NON-REFUNDABLE and NON-EXCHANGEABLE.

EU Customers

ONLY SPECIAL OCCASION styles are eligible for ONE (1) EXCHANGE ONLY. These styles are NON-RETURNABLE and NON-REFUNDABLE, and you cannot exchange merchandise more than one (1) time. If you would like to make a one-time exchange, please email our customer service team at info@lymphproject.com. You will be charged a 19,00€ flat rate for shipping to exchange the item/s.

 

Customers outside of the EU:

ONLY SPECIAL OCCASION styles are eligible for ONE (1) EXCHANGE ONLY. These styles cannot be returned or reimbursed, and you cannot exchange merchandise more than one (1) time. If you would like to make a one-time exchange, please email our customer service team at info@lymphproject.com. You will be charged the full return shipping amount (return shipping cost AND shipping cost for exchange styles), along with any duties, taxes and customs fees. Lymph Project is NOT responsible for any of these charges.

 

Processing Time

Please allow seven (7) business days from when your return is delivered to our warehouse to process your return.  Once your return is processed and your refund is issued, you will receive a confirmation refund email.  Please note your refund may take several business days to appear in your account depending on your financial institution.
