Shipping:
We ship all international orders using DHL express.

ON STOCK
All ‘In Stock’ orders placed by 11 am during the week will be shipped the same day.

DRESSES & ACESSORIES
Please allow up to three (3) business days for orders to ship from our Atelier.
All ‘Made to Order’ items will be shipped once produced within our usual production time scale of 1-14 days.

Europe – 1-3 Days
USA – 3-5 Days
Rest of World – 3-5 Days

Please note that our shipping times are estimates and do not include any delays that may be caused by customs.

DHL is an external postage service and so we are unable to guarantee specific delivery dates or times.

International orders may be subject to local customs duties and taxes. The customer is wholly responsible/liable for these charges. For more information please refer to your local customs authority.

Customs, duties and taxes are non-refundable by Lymph Project if you choose to return your item for any reason. If you choose to reject your parcel from customs, you will be liable for the return fee to Lymph Project.

Any returned or rejected packages due to unpaid duties / taxes may not be eligible for a refund.
